Columns
The list is grouped by Reference Part Type by default, but you can change it as needed.
Column Name | Description |
---|
Name | The name of referenced object. Click to view the properties page for the object. |
Type | The business type, such as CAD drawing or part. |
Reference Part Type | For a reference item that is a part, the reference part type:- Spare
- Alternate
- Reference
- Tooling
|
Plant | The plant associated with the object. |
State | The current lifecycle state of the object. |
Actions/Toolbar Commands for the Reference Items Category
You only see actions on the toolbar for the Reference Items category page for a part. No actions show on the Reference Item list opened from the DMR page tab.
The state and type of object, plus your role, determines if you can access the Actions on this page.
For EC parts:
- In the Preliminary state, these roles have actions available:
- Design Engineer
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Senior Design Engineer
- Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- In the Review state, these roles have actions available:
- Senior Design Engineer
- Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- In the Approved state, no actions are available for any roles.
Access is not restricted for development parts.
