In the
top bar,
search the required data.

Right-click the required authoring data from the search results
and select
Explore.
The data is explored under the
Navigation Experience.

From the
Tools section of the
action bar,
select the required 3D selection mode to determine the level of the structure
at which an object will be selected.
- 3D Selection - Tree Level: to select
the
tree
expansion state. You can select the representation, the instance, or the entire
object to which the selected surface belongs.
- 3D Selection - Rep Level: to select
the representation associated with the selected surface.
- 3D Selection - Surface Level: to
select the surfaces.

Use
Display Level Selector
to navigate throughout the model and select a level to work
on.
