Residual Risk Disclosure Report

This report displays all hazards of the product that disclose their residual risks.

To access this page:

  1. View the hazards for a product. See Hazard Details.
  2. Click Actions > Report > Residual Risk Disclosure Report.

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the hazard object. Hazards are limited to those having the "Disclose Residual Risk" attribute value set to "Yes." You can expand a hazard object to show its risk reduction options.
TypeThe object type. This can be Hazard or Risk Reduction Option.
TitleThe title of the object.
StateThe lifecycle state of the object.
Residual Risk The risk remaining after control measures are taken.
Residual Risk Disclosure Information Safety Information to be disclosed for the residual risk.
