- If complaint has assignees in approver role, all approvers are added as route approvers.
- If no approvers are added for the complaint, the complaint owner is added as the route approver
- If assignees with approver role are added after the route is created, the approvers are added as route approvers along with the complaint owner.
- If assignees with approver role are removed from the complaint or changed to assignee role, they are also removed as route approvers.
- If an assignee with approver role is the last approver in the route, you cannot change the approver's role to assignee.
