Returns
For investigation or evaluation, the customer is requested to return the reported item associated with the complaint or equipment service request (ESR). The details of the product returned by the customer is recorded in a return object.
The owner, a quality manager, or complaint investigator with access to the complaint or ESR can create a return. After the customer returns the reported item, its condition is checked and recorded in the return. After all required information is recorded, the return is completed.
