Creating a Product Evaluation

If you want to evaluate different sections or aspects of an event, you can create multiple derived events and create a product evaluation for each derived event. When you promote the complaint to In Process state, an evaluation object is created automatically.

Before you begin:
  • You must be the complaint investigator who owns the object.
  • The complaint must be in In Process state.
  • Ensure that at least one derived event, for which product evaluation is not created, exists under the required event.
