Adding Existing Evaluations

If you consider that the problem to be evaluated in an event is identical to a completed evaluation, you can add it to the derived event.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin:
  • You must be a Quality Manager or the complaint investigator who owns the complaint.
  • The complaint must be in In Process state.
  • Ensure that at least one derived event, for which product evaluation is not created, exists under the required event.

Add Existing Evaluation from the Complaints List Page

You can add an existing evaluation to the complaint and associate it with a derived event.

  1. Expand the required complaint and select a derived event.

    You can select multiple derived events.

  2. In the Complaints List page, from the page toolbar, select Actions > Add Existing Evaluation.
    The Search Results page appears.
  3. Select the required product evaluation and click Submit.
    The evaluation is added to the complaint and the selected derived event is associated with it.

The added evaluation appears on the Product Evaluations page.

Add Existing Evaluation from the Product Evaluations Page

You can associate an existing completed evaluation to a derived event.

  1. From the Product Evaluations page toolbar, select Actions > Add Existing.
    The Add Existing Product Evaluation page appears.
  2. Enter the following details.
    Field Name Description
    Event Type the name of the required event or click and select a derived event from the Search Results page.
    Evaluation Type the name of the required evaluation or click and select an evaluation from the Search Results page.
  3. Click Done.
    The selected evaluation is added to the complaint and associated with the selected derived event.

The added evaluation appears on the Product Evaluations page.
