Removing Evaluation Requirement

If you consider that a product evaluation is not required for a complaint, you can remove the evaluation requirement. After your remove the requirement, the evaluation is moved to Complete state.

Important: This app uses electronic signatures to provide an audit trail for certain approvals, as is often required in highly-regulated industries. You cannot delete or modify the personal data contained in the electronic signatures. You should carefully review your use cases associated with electronic signatures to ensure that the specific business requirements associated with them are being met, while still adhering to good personal data management practices.

Transferring Product Evaluation
  1. From the Product Evaluations page, select the required product evaluation and select Actions > Not Required from the page toolbar.

    You can also click Not Required from the Product Evaluation Properties page toolbar.

    The Not Required page appears.
  2. Type your user name and password in the User Name and Password boxes, respectively.
  3. Type the reason for removing the evaluation requirement in the Comment box.
  4. Click Done.
    The evaluation requirement is removed. The product evaluation is moved to Complete state.

The values of Required in the Product Evaluations page corresponding to the selected evaluation and Evaluation Required in the Product Evaluation Properties page are set to No.
