Transferring Product Evaluation

If you want to change ownership of a product evaluation or send it to another user, you can transfer the product evaluation.

Before you begin:
  • You must be a Quality Manager or the Complaint Investigator who owns the product evaluation.
  • The product evaluation must be in In Process state.

  1. From the Product Evaluations page, select the required product evaluation and select Actions > Transfer Ownership from the page toolbar.

    You can also click Transfer Ownership from the Product Evaluation Properties page toolbar.

    The Transfer Ownership page appears.
  2. Type the name of the required person in the New Owner box, or click and select a person from the Search Results page.
  3. Type the reason for transferring the evaluation in the Transfer Reason box.
  4. Click Done.
    The evaluation is transferred to the selected person.
