Reopening a Product Evaluation

If you require a product evaluation after you complete it, you can reopen the product evaluation. After you reopen a product evaluation, its state is set to In Process.


Before you begin:
  • You must be a quality manager.
  • The product evaluation must be in Complete state.
  • The complaint must be in In Process state.

Adding Existing Evaluations
  1. From the Product Evaluation Properties page toolbar, click Reopen.
    The Reopen page appears.
  2. Type the reason for reopening the product evaluation in the Reopen Rationale box.
  3. Click Done.
    The product evaluation is reopened.

The state of the reopened product evaluation is set to In Process and its completion date is deleted.
