Editing Properties for Submission Master Records

Regulatory Administrators can edit the properties for submission master records. The Regulatory Lead who owns a submission master record can transfer the ownership to another Regulatory Lead.

Required access roles: Regulatory Administrator, Regulatory Lead, Submission Lead with Regulatory Lead or Regulatory User role, or submission master record owner

Before you begin: View the Properties page for the submission master record.

  1. From the page toolbar, click Edit .
  2. Edit these details as needed:

    Field NameDescription
    TitleEnter a descriptive name for the submission master record.
    DescriptionEnter descriptive details about the submission master record.
    OwnerClick to select a different the Regulatory Lead role to be responsible for the submission master record.
    Start RenewalClick to change the date by which the renewal submission process must start.
    Expiration DateClick to change the expiration date for the connected market authorization.
    Reason For ChangeEnter a justification for making this change.

  3. Click Done.

The History page shows what you enter for the reason for change. It does not show on the Properties page.
