Active Conflict Mineral Declarations

You can view active (created and requested) conflict material declarations and take actions on them.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Compliance Engineer, Senior Compliance Engineer

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Supplier company.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Active Conflict Mineral Declarations, or click Conflict Mineral Declaration PowerView then click the Active Conflict Mineral Declarations tab.

Column NameDescription
Conflict Mineral Declaration Name The name of the conflict mineral declaration.
ManufacturerThe name of the supplier.
StateThe state of the conflict mineral declaration. States are "Created" or "Requested".
Due DateThe due date of the conflict mineral declaration.
Requested DateThe date the request was sent to the supplier.
Approved DateThe date the conflict mineral declaration was promoted to Approved.
Rejected DateThe date the conflict mineral declaration was Rejected.
Submission FormatThe format of the submission of this conflict mineral declaration.
