Declaration Level Properties

The Properties page for a declaration level lets you view its details.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Compliance Administrator, Compliance Engineer, Senior Compliance Engineer

To access this page:

  1. View the list of declaration levels. See Declaration Level List.
  2. Click the name of the required declaration level.

Fields

Field NameDescription
TypeThe type of object, which is "Declaration Level" or one of its subtypes.
NameThe name of the part. For plant-specific parts this is the name of the parent enterprise part.
DescriptionThe description of the declaration level.
PolicyThe policy of the declaration level.
StateThe lifecycle state of the declaration level. The state can be Active or Inactive.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

ActionDescription
Promote to Active Promotes an Inactive declaration level to Active. You must have the Owner or Compliance Administrator access role.
Demote to Inactive Demotes an Active declaration level to Inactive. You must have the Owner or Compliance Administrator access role.
Edit Details Edits the declaration level. You must have the Leader or Senior Compliance Engineer access role.
