IMDS Substance/Substance Group Concentration

The Substance Concentration tab of the IMDS validation report lists errors that occur for the substance checks.

The validation checks these amounts for materials:

  • Substance/Substance Classification amounts based on the ELV Material Classification assigned to the material
  • The ELV Material Classification assigned to the material is based on Substance/Substance Classification amounts

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Senior Compliance Engineer

Column NameDescription
Material TitleThe title of the material. Click the material title to view its properties.
Error DetailsThe error that occurred when checking the substance/substance classification.
Direct Parent Part Name The name of the nearest parent part. This field displays only if the "Display Parent" field is checked on the IMDS Export Validation form.
Top Level Part Name The top level part being exported. This field displays only if the "Display Top Level Part" field is checked on the IMDS Export Validation form.
