Substances List

You can create a portfolio of substances that you want to have quick access to.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Compliance Engineer

To access this page:

  1. List the app categories for Materials Compliance Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Compliance Portfolio.
  3. Click the Substances tab. The list shows all materials that you have added to your portfolio.

Columns

Column NameDescription
Substance Name The name of the substance.
CAS NumberThe CAS number of the substance.
EC Number A substance identifier used as an alternative to the CAS number.
AliasesThe alias name for the substance, if any.
Substance Classifications The specific classification that this substance belongs to.
TypeThe type of substance.
State The current state of the substance.
If ELV Data Management is used:
IMDS Node ID The IMDS node ID.
IMDS Alternate Node IDThe IMDS alternate node ID.
REACH Reg StatusIndicates whether the substance has been registered for REACH.
REACH Pre-Reg Status Indicates whether the substance has been pre-registered for REACH.
