Exporting to IPC 1754

If you have the RoHS data management option, you can use the export to IPC 1754 report type. The file is saved in XML format.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Senior Compliance Engineer

  1. Use the Compliance menu to open and fill out the Export dialog box. For more information, see Exporting Enterprise Parts.
  2. For the Report Type, select IPC-1754.
  3. To select what data to export:

    Field Name Description
    Declaration Type Choose one of these options:

    • E Only
    • E and F
    • E and G

    Suppress Material Select the checkbox to exclude materials from the export at the part level. The export used calculated substances directly under each part.
    Include Processes Select the checkbox to exclude processes in the export.

  4. Click Submit.
    The export is submitted as a background job. For more information, see Background Jobs.
  5. When ready, click MCC Export Formatter in the Report Output tab.

    The app prompts you to save the report file.
