Creating an MECO

Manufacturing Engineering Change Orders (MECOs) are used to initiate manufacturing changes that can affect multiple BOMs and manufacturing sites. The changes specified in MECOs are implemented through the creation of individual MCOs for the affected BOMs and manufacturing sites.

Senior Design Engineers and Senior Manufacturing Engineers in the responsible design organization can create new MECOs.
