Marking an Article as Unread

You can mark articles you have read as unread.

Important: All articles that are over 15 days old are automatically marked as read and cannot be marked as unread.

Before you begin:
  1. Configure Channel.
  2. From the widget header, select Menu > Preferences and clear the Open directly on the site check box.

  1. From the list of articles, click the title of a read article to open it.

    Note: Titles of read articles are displayed in a lighter font than titles of unread articles.

  2. Click Mark as unread to mark the article as unread.
    The article is marked as unread and the following icon is displayed: Mark as read.

Notes:
  • This article appears as unread across all your Channel and Tracked Topic widgets that contain this article.
  • This article appears as unread to you only, including when you are on a synchronized dashboard.
