Configuring the Corpus Ingredient

You can configure the Corpus Ingredient as a Trigger to make Potion execute its Action(s) whenever a new article is published.

Before you begin:
  • During the configuration of Potion, add the Corpus Ingredient as a Trigger. For more information, see Add Triggers.
  • You must not be a 3DPassport Administrator.
  • Your Corpus Manager must contain at least one source.
  1. From the When list, select There is a new article.
  2. From the In field, select a source from the list.

    Tip: To make your selection easier, enter a few letters in the field to filter the list.

    Sources you just added to your Corpus Manager may take a few minutes to appear on the list.

  3. Optional: Add one or several of the following conditions:
    ConditionDescription
    Title contains Potion is only triggered when the title of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
    Content contains Potion is only triggered when the body of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
    Article must contain images If you select Yes, Potion is only triggered when the new article contains at least one image.
    One of the authors' names contains Potion is only triggered when one of the authors of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
  4. Click Save.
