Configuring the Tracked Topic Ingredient

You can configure the Tracked Topic Ingredient as a Trigger to make Potion execute its Action(s) whenever there is a new article in a Tracked Topic widget of your dashboard.

Before you begin:
  • Configure at least one Tracked Topic widget that does not contain any content from private or secret 3DSwym communities you are not an owner of and pin it to your dashboard.
  • During the configuration of Potion, add the Tracked Topic Ingredient as a Trigger. For more information, see Add Triggers.
  • You must not be a 3DPassport Administrator.
  1. From the When list, select There is a new article.
  2. From the In Tracked Topic list, select a Tracked Topic of your dashboard.

    Note: Tracked Topic widgets that contain content from private or secret 3DSwym communities you are not an owner of do not appear on the list.

  3. Optional: Add one or several of the following conditions:
    ConditionDescription
    Title contains Potion is only triggered when the title of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
    Content contains Potion is only triggered when the body of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
    Article must contain images If you select Yes, Potion is only triggered when the new article contains at least one image.
    One of the authors' names contains Potion is only triggered when one of the authors of the new article contains the text value you have entered in this field.
  4. Click Save.
