Actions by Role

On the table below, means: Allowed.; means: Forbidden.
Action Author Viewer
Add sources to the Library
Delete sources from the Library
Rename the Library
Manage the Library members
Remove the Library from their Corpus Manager
Select sources from the Library when configuring Social Analytics, Tracked Topic, or Potion widgets
View the Library sources

Verifying Your Own Role

To know which role you have for a given Library, do the following:

  1. Enter the Edit mode.
  2. Verify the Access column of the Library:
    • means that you are Author.
    • means that you are Viewer.
