Edit the Chart Title
By default, the widget header displays the app name followed by the default chart name that Social Analytics generated from its configuration automatically. You can display a custom title instead of the default chart title.

Edit the Displayed DatesYou can change the displayed start and end dates of time-series. Before you begin: Your
Social Analytics
must be displaying a time-series.
The chart displays the results corresponding to the dates you entered. Note:
No data is deleted when you edit the
displayed dates. The results out of the dates you entered are hidden and will be
visible again if you edit the displayed dates accordingly.
Compare to PastOn a chart that displays a time-series, you can create a second curve that displays the results from an older date range. Before you begin: Your
Social Analytics
must be displaying a time-series.
Change the RangeOn a chart that displays a time-series, you can manually change the range of the displayed period. Before you begin: Your
Social Analytics
must be displaying a time-series.
The range you selected is applied to your chart. Note:
Social Analytics can only display up to 1,000
values per range. Social Analytics will invite you to select another
range if the current range cannot display all values.
Limit the Number of ValuesYou can change the number of values that a keyword chart displays. For example, text clouds display the five most recurring keywords by default. You can increase this limit to display more keywords.
Before you begin: Social Analytics must be displaying either a What is
said? set to the Keywords output, or any
other chart kind whose chart type is set to text cloud.
Hide All Keywords from the Same Keyword CategoryYou can hide all keywords that belong to the same keyword category at once from What is said? keyword charts. For example, if a chart displays the three following keywords: Paris, France, and United States, you can hide them all at once.
Before you begin: Social Analytics must be displaying a What is
said? set to the Keywords output.
The widget no longer displays keywords from the categories you have unchecked. These keywords are not deleted. If you want to display them again, reopen the Preferences and check the corresponding boxes. Apply Logarithmic ScaleYou can apply a logarithmic scale on the axis of a Social Analytics that displays a time-series. Before you begin: Your
Social Analytics
must be displaying a time-series.
Select the Sorting CriteriaYou can choose how Social Analytics sorts its keyword results. Before you begin: Your Social Analytics widget must be displaying one of the following
