Generating PCF Files

You can generate .pcf files from your Piping & Tubing Design app, therefore allowing integration of your work with the ISOGEN product.

Before you begin: To generate PCF files, the following system administration tasks must be completed:
  • Install the ISOGEN utility software.
  • Configure ISOGEN setup options.
  • Create and save mapping files which map attributes to ISOGEN attributes.
  • Assign mapping files to Piping/Tubing Design Resources using the Data Setup app.

These tasks are described in Export to .pcf (ISOGEN) Set Up Procedure.
