Creating a Piping Component

You can create a piping component reference.

Before you begin: Create a logical reference under the Logical node.

  1. From the Edition section of the action bar, click Create New Reference .
  2. Select the logical reference.
  3. In the New Content dialog box, expand the Fluid Systems Logical tab, and then right-click Piping Logical Reducer.
  4. Optional: Select the Set attributes at creation option.

    Note: This option remains selected when creating the same type of component.

  5. Click Piping Logical Reducer.
  6. In the Piping Logical Reducer dialog box, enter a name, and then click OK.

    A piping reducer is created under the logical reference.
