CAPA Template Page

This page lists all CAPA templates. You can use the filter to view only active or inactive templates.

To access this page:

  1. From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps , and select My Social and Collaborative Apps > CAPA and Audit.
  2. Select the CAPA Template tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name Name of the template. The prefix CAT- represents a corrective action template and the prefix PAT- represents a preventive action template.
Type Type of the template. Possible values are Corrective Action Template and Preventive Action Template.
State State of the template. Possible states are Active and Inactive.
TitleTitle of the template.
Estimated DurationThe aggregate of the estimated duration of all tasks associated with the template.
DescriptionDescription of the template.
OwnerName of the template owner.

Filters

Based on your role, you can use the following filters to filter the CAPA Template list by states.

  • Active: Shows only the active templates.
  • Inactive: Shows only the inactive templates.
  • All: Shows all templates.

Remove Selected Deletes the selected templates. Click OK to confirm.
Note: You must be the owner of the template.
