Copying a CAPA Template

You can create a copy of an existing CAPA template.

Before you begin:
  1. From the CAPA Template Page, select the required CAPA template and from the page toolbar, click Actions > Clone/Copy.
  2. Enter the following details.
    Field NameDescription
    TypeClick , select a type, and click Select. You can select Corrective Action Template or Preventive Action Template.
    NameType a name for the CAPA template.
    PolicySelect the policy that governs the lifecycle of the selected template type.
    DescriptionDescribe the CAPA template.
  3. Click Done.
    The CAPA template is copied. The copy appears on the CAPA Template page.
