CAPA Template Properties

This page displays the details of the CAPA template.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

From the CAPA Template Page, click the name of the required CAPA template.
Click the Properties category.

Fields


Field Name	Description
Name	Name of the template. The prefix CAT- represents a corrective action template and the prefix PAT- represents a preventive action template.
State	State of the template. Possible states are Active and Inactive.
Originated	Date when the template was created.
Modified	Date when the template was last modified.
Estimated Duration	The aggregate of the estimated duration of all tasks associated with the template.
Title	Title of the template.
Description	Description of the template.
Owner	Name of the template owner.
Custom Attributes	Name of attribute: Custom attributes that are connected with the type and subtype of the template.

Actions

You can click Enable Edit from the page toolbar to activate edit mode in which you can modify the Title, Description, and Owner fields. Click Done to save the changes. Click Disable Edit to exit edit mode.
