Snapshots

This page provides the available snapshots for audit and provides basic information about it.

Required Access Roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-Specific: Audit Lead, Audit Administrator

To access this page:

  • Open the required audit. For more information, see Opening an Audit.
  • In the navigation pane, click Snapshots.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the snapshot.
Title The title of the snapshot.
Type Type of the object.
Rev The revision of the snapshot.
State The current state of the snapshot in its lifecycle.
Originated The date on which the snapshot is created.
Owner The owner of the snapshot.
Description The description of the snapshot.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Generate Snapshot Generates a snapshot. For more information, see Generating a Snapshot.
Delete Deletes the selected snapshots.
Compare Opens the Compare page where you can select the different criteria to compare snapshot with the context audit. For more information, see Snapshot Compare Criteria.
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. In the edit mode, you can edit the details of title and description.
