Opening an Audit

You can open an audit to view its details and category menu. You can also make changes to the audit.

From the CAPA and Audit home page > Audits, click the name of an audit.
You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the audit.

Audit Structure- To view the hierarchy of objects included within an audit. See Viewing the Audit Structure.
Audit SummaryAudit Report To view the audit reports associated with the audit. See Audit Reports.
People- To view the audit members. See Viewing Audit Members.
Tasks-To view the action items associated with the audit.See Tasks.
CollaborationMeetingsTo access the Meetings tab. You can see audit meetings listed in this tab. You can create, delete, and edit the meetings.See Social and Collaborative | Collaboration and Approvals | Business Process Services | Working with Meetings.
Lifecycle-To view the current lifecycle state of the audit, and any associated routes (tasks) required for movement to the next lifecycle state.

Audit Items-Lists all the items to be audited.See Audit Items.
Revisions - Lists all the revisions of the audit.You can create a revision of the audit using the Revise option. The revise option is present only if the context audit is in the Closed state.

Notes: By default, the following details are copied to a new revision when you create a revision of the audit using the Revise option:
  • All the field values for name, description, audit type, scope, audit format, and audit objectives are copied to the revision.
  • All the audit findings are connected from the context audit to the revision.
  • Audit members such as Lead Auditor, Auditor, and ‘Auditees’ are connected from the context audit to the revision.
  • Audit Items, Audited Organization, Audit Requests, and Reference documents are connected from the context audit to the revision.
  • A snapshot of audit is created, which contains the details of all the connected audit findings.
