Viewing Findings

You can view the summary of audit findings associated with a specific audit. You must be an Audit User and a member of the associated audit, or must be an Audit Lead, Audit Admin, or Quality Manager to view audit findings.


Before you begin: Go to the Audit Properties page.
  1. Click the Findings tab.
    The Findings page displays the following information:
    • Name - The finding name assigned by the app.
    • Description - Additional information about the finding.
    • State - The current lifecycle state of the finding.
    • Owner- Owner of the finding.
  2. Use the page Actions menu or Toolbar commands to access the following options:

    Column Name Description
    Create Finding Creates a finding. For more information, see Adding Findings.
    Delete Deletes the selected findings. For more information, see Deleting Findings.
    Note: You cannot delete the selected finding if the finding status is connected with it. To delete the selected finding, delete the finding status that is connected to it and then delete the context finding.
    Revision Filter
    • All Revisions - Lists all the audit revisions.
    • Current Revisions - Lists the latest revisions of the audit. By default, all the current revisions of the audits are listed.
