General Information

Some restrictions exist regarding the format and the management of images.

Available formats are html and PDF.

Regarding images:

  • For features inserted into the report (for example deviation analysis), only one image with the default point of view is created in the report.
  • You cannot generate automatically several images of the same feature associatively with different points of view in the report.
  • You can capture images in any point of view with the Tools > Images > Capture menu and insert these images in the report. For more information refer to 3DEXPERIENCE Native Apps: Capturing and Managing Images for the Album.
  • You can insert images created by other means.

There is a mapping between the contents of the dialog box and that of the report file.

General

These data are specific to the project, company, and inspector.

Digitization

These data are specific to the digitization system used.

Deviation

This tab lets you define which information about the deviation analysis you want to insert in the deviation report.

In the dialog box:

  • The selected Deviation Analysis or Annotation Set is the main element of the report. Its name is displayed in the dialog box. Place your cursor in the box to replace your selection by another.
  • Output Options:

    By default, these two check boxes are selected.

    • Input Information: information on the input of the deviation analysis and its parameters.

      In the Deviation Analysis dialog box:

    • Statistic Result: statistics and color map of the deviation analysis.

      and

  • More Elements to Export: Lets you add, comment, or delete geometrical features to export.

Insert Images

Lets you insert images in the report.



They can be created with the Tools > Images > Capture menu or by any other means.

  • Allowed formats are .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png.
  • Click Add and select the image you want to insert from your directories.
  • Click Add from album to insert all the images in the allowed formats found in the album.
