From the Reports page, click Actions
> Create Report
.

In the Step 1 of 3: Specify Details form, enter:

A name. For more information, see Rules for Naming and Search.
- Optional:
A title and a description.

To select a template and an output format:
- Optional:
In the corresponding field, enter a search pattern to narrow down the search
results.

Click , select an object in the Search page, and click
OK.
The selected name appears in the corresponding field.
- Optional:
To select a target document instead of the default one, see Step 3.

Click Next.
Note:
If the selected template requires parameters, the corresponding parameters fields appear in
the Step 2 of 3: Specify Inputs form.

To define or select an object for each defined parameter:
- Optional:
In each parameter field of the Step 2 of 3: Specify Inputs
form, enter a string or a search pattern to narrow down the parameter search
results.

Optional: Click , select an object in the Search page, and click
OK.
Note:
If the cardinality of the parameter is multiple, you can select several objects
or optionally you can skip the selection.
The selected objects names appear in the corresponding field.
- Optional:
Click Configuration Filters.
Note:
If at least one type of input parameter has associated predefined configurations or product
configurations, a Configuration Filters field appears in the
Step 3 of 3: Specify Configurations form.
- Optional:
In the Configuration Filters field, select a filter or
No Configuration Filter.

A new report is added to the Reports page.
