Configuring Criteria

Configuration criteria allow you to manage models selected as configuration context objects.

Required responsibilities:

  • Baseline: Leader (when the object is in the Frozen state) or Author

Before you begin: Do one of the following:
  1. In the navigation pane, select Change Control > Configuration Criteria.

    The Configuration Criteria page displays the following information:

    ColumnDescription
    NameThe name of the configuration context object. This can be an autoname. Click to open the object in a new browser window.
    TypeThe type of object used as a configuration context object.
    RevisionThe revision level of the configuration context object.
    StateThe current lifecycle state of the configuration context object.
    DescriptionThe detailed description of the configuration context object.

  2. From the toolbar, select one of the following to work with configuration criteria:
    • Add Existing to search for a model to select as a configuration context object.
    • Remove to remove the selected configuration context object.
