Adding Specifications to a Project Folder

Use this procedure to add specifications to a project folder.

Required responsibilities:

  • Baseline: Leader (when the object is in the Frozen state) or Author


Before you begin: View the list of specifications. See Requirement Specifications Page.
  1. Select the specifications you want to add to a project folder.
  2. From the toolbar, select Actions > Add to Project Folder .
    The Project Search Results window opens.
  3. Select the project that you want to add the specifications to.

    If the project you want to add the specifications to is not listed, click Revise Search to locate it.

  4. Click Done.

    If prompted to close the window, click Yes.

The specifications are added to the selected project folder. The specification's Project column displays the name of the project folder it was added to.
