About the OnePart Connector for ENOVIA V6 - 3DEXPERIENCE

This document covers the installation and setup of the connectivity between ENOVIA and OnePart. You can find the complete PDF documentation in the doc folder of the connector zip file, enovia-V6R2022x.VERSION.zip.

  • Application: NETVIBES OnePart 2022x
    Note: You must install the same version of OnePart as the 3DEXPERIENCE version.
  • Data sources:
    • ENOVIA V6 R2013x
    • ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2014x to R2022x

  • Data formats:

    • Physical Parts stored in the default VPM datamodel and authored with :
      • CATIA V6 R2013x
      • CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2014x to R2022x
    • V6 drawings

Note: Indexing ENOVIA Designer Central is not covered here.

Prerequisites

The requirements for this connector are:

Context:

  • The connector package zip file: enovia-V6R2022x.VERSION.zip containing:
    • enovia-java-connector-plugin-v6.zip : this plugin contains the connector itself
    • enovia-java-security-source.zip : this plugin contains the security source
    • op-enovia-part-filter-VERSION.zip : this plugin is required by the ENOVIA connector for OnePart
    • 3DXPBasic-<ENOVIA VERSION>.xml : configuration files required based on the ENOVIA version
  • The latest hotfix available for the installed ENOVIA version is highly recommended.
  • The ENOVIA StudioModelingPlatformRichClient (DMP) installed on your OnePart server with the same hotfix level (or higher) than the ENOVIA server.

    • To verify the installation, run <ENOVIA_STUDIO_PATH>\win_b64\code\bin\mql.exe.
      • It should display MQL<1>.
