Sliding a Symbol along a Route Line
When a symbol is connected between two routes, you can move it along these two routes.
Before you begin:
Place three symbols in a diagram view and route them in line.
Important:
The route must be an orthogonal line.
The symbol to be slided must have two connections.

Select the symbol with two connections.
handles appear.
Select the double-arrow handle to drag the symbol along the route line.
Notes:
These handles can be horizontal or vertical.
Drop the symbol at another route segment.
Important:
The segment length must be superior to the symbol length.
If needed, the route connection is automatically computed to fit the new position of the symbol.
The symbol is moved and positioned.
