Initiating an Implementation Review

An implementation review provides details about how the fix for the defect action was implemented so that others can evaluate the fix. You can create an implementation review if the defect action is in any state other than Rejected or Closed.

Note: There can be more that one implementation review for a defect action, for example, one was completed and then the defect action was re-opened which required an additional implementation review. In that case, a revision level is appended to the name of the implementation review.

Required access roles:

  • App-specific: Defect Engineer
