About Access

If you do not have a Process Composer license, you can still use the Search menu from the Top Bar to search for simulation processes, simulation activities, and documents. The search returns objects to which you have been granted access based on your credentials. You can view the properties of a simulation process, simulation activity, or document that was returned by the search. You can also view the content of a simulation process or a simulation activity along with any attribute groups that have been defined.

For example, a manager that does not have a Process Composer license can still search for a simulation process to which he has been granted access and view its lifecycle state to verify that it has been completed satisfactorily. However, the manager cannot modify or execute the simulation process.
