Choosing a Revision

When you create a revision of an object that you own, Process Composer does not use the revised object until you choose it from a list of revisions and make it active.

Choosing a Revision of a Simulation Activity

  1. From the search menu in the Top Bar, search for and select the simulation activity to revise.
    Process Composer displays the simulation activity in the navigation pane and the table page.
  2. From the navigation pane, select Revisions.
    Process Composer displays the Revisions page with a list of all the revisions of the simulation activity.
  3. Toggle on the activity to revise.
  4. From the Revisions page toolbar, select Make Active.
    The selected revision of the activity becomes the active revision in the simulation process.

Choosing a Revision of an Owned Document

  1. From the search menu in the Top Bar, search for and select the simulation process to revise.
    Process Composer displays the simulation process in the navigation pane and the table page.
  2. From the navigation pane, select Content.
    Process Composer displays the data categories inside the simulation or simulation activity.
  3. Expand the category containing the document from which you will choose a revision.
  4. Toggle on the document and select More Actions > Select Revision from the Content page toolbar.
  5. From the Select Revision page that appears, choose the revision of the document and click Submit.
    The selected revision of the document becomes the active revision in the simulation.
