- Click to return to the Processes page.
- Select the simulation process in which the activity will be created.
- From the navigation pane, select Activities.
- From the table page toolbar, select .
- In the Create New Activity window
that appears, enter the following:
- Title: Process Composer displays the title to indicate which simulation activity you are
working with. Process Composer text fields allow you to
enter long descriptive names. The text that you enter is case sensitive and can include spaces.
Different simulation activities can share the same
title. However, if you create simulation activities with the same title, you
will need additional information to distinguish between the activities in the search results, such as unique descriptions.
- Predefined Steps: Choose whether the simulation activity will contain predefined steps. (If you select True, the activity will contain download, OS command, delete, and upload steps. If you select False, the activity will not contain any steps, and you must create them.)
Attribute Group:
Click to search for and choose an attribute group with an associated type of simulation activity. See About Attribute Groups
for more information. - Description:
Enter a description that allows any user to determine the purpose of this
simulation activity and the connector that is used.
- Policy: Choose
from the list of simulation activity policies. See About Policies for
more information.
- Click Done to
create the simulation activity.
The new simulation activity appears in the table page.
