Assigning New Parents to Physical Objects

You can assign a new parent to a physical object.

Selecting Parents
  1. In the Logical to Physical Assistant panel, select the row containing the physical objects of interest.
  2. Click Change Parent .

    Your physical instance moves and appears in the node of the Expected 3D Parent of the tree. In addition, the Expected 3D Parent replaces the Current 3D Parent in the row.

    The row reflects the change if you turned on the automatic synchronization in the If Allowed, Synchronize Rows After Actions preferences. For more information, see Activate the Automatic Synchronization of Rows.
