Planning Break Dialog Box

The Planning Break dialog box appears when you double-click the proxy element in the tree. The proxy element gets created while creating the exceptions in the planning breaks. The Planning Break dialog box helps in managing the planning exceptions.

Structure Object
The Structure Object box displays the structural object to which you are applying the planning breaks.
IN
With this option selected, you can define or replace the planning breaks to manage the exceptions.

If the panel is selected as a structural object, the objects aggregated under the selected structural object (stiffener and stiffener on free edge) are not directly affected.

OUT
If this option is selected, all existing planning breaks aggregated under the structure object are removed, and the exception is then moved to the OUT status.

If the panel is selected as a structural object, the objects aggregated under the selected structural object (stiffener and stiffener on free edge) are affected.

Planning Breaks
This area of the Planning Break dialog box lets you define or replace the planning breaks.

Following contextual commands are available:

  • Center graph
  • Reframe On
  • Hide/Show
  • Delete: You can select the Delete in the contextual command to remove the selected planning break object.

Name
The Name box displays the name of the selected limit.
Object
The Object box displays the name of the limiting object selected for defining the planning breaks.
Offset
In the Offset box, you can enter the numerical value to specify the offset of the planning break from the selected limiting object.
Side
The Side box displays the side of the object on which the planning break will be placed. You can use the Switch Side button provided to change the side.
Switch Side
You can click the Switch Side button to switch the side displayed in the Side box.
Remove
You can click the Remove button to remove the selected planning break object.
Note: You can click to sketch the limiting boundary.
