Configuring Export

You can configure the types of 3D Merchandising objects, their relationships, formats, and attributes to export.


Before you begin: You must have the Administrator role (VPLMAdmin). For more information, see: Managing Persons, Roles, Organizations, and Collaborative Spaces in the People & Organizations and Content - Administration guide.

Access Configuration Files
  1. Access the configuration files.
  2. In the Configuration Files page, download the ENOSHOImportExportCompletude.xml file.
  3. Modify the required attributes.
    • Configure the attributes in the ExportableRoots tag. In this tag, you can define the types of objects that can be exported.
      AttributesDescriptionValues
      typeThe type of object to export. Shopper Assortment, Shopper Gondola, Shopper Scene, Shopper Store, SHOStoryBoard, Shopper Representation 3D, or Shopper Product.
    • Configure the attributes in the Completions tag. In this tag, you can define the relations to consider between objects to export.
      AttributesDescriptionValues
      direction_to_followThe direction of the relationship between the objects.
      • Normal: denotes the relation is from the object defined in from to the object defined in to.
      • Both: denoted the relation is in both directions.
      toThe 3D Merchandising object to which the object defined in from is related.A 3D Merchandising object type.
      fromThe 3D Merchandising object from which the object relationship starts.A 3D Merchandising object type.
      nameThe name of the relationship between the objects.Text value.
    • Configure the attributes in the Formats tag. In this tag, you can define the formats of the objects to export. The files associated to the objects with these formats are exported.

      nameThe name of the format associated to the objects that are used to select files to export.Text value.
    • Configure the attributes in the Attributes tag. In this tag, you can select the attributes of the objects to export. By default, all the attributes are exported.
  4. Upload the updated configuration file.
