Configuring IP Classification for 3D Merchandising

You can configure the IP Classification for 3D Merchandising to be able to create and use libraries to categorize products and assortments.

Before you begin: Install IP Classification.
  1. Create in the ENOVIA IP Classification User Interface, a "General Library" object type (<libraryname>).

Note: You must have the Author role.

  2. To classify 3D Merchandising products, create in the same User Interface as many "General Class" items as you need in the "General Library".
Note: Each class allows you to organize your store objects into categories.
  3. Promote the library and all the classes underneath.
The lifecycle of your library and classes is changed. It went from an inactive state to an active one.
  4. Configure the library by setting the 3D Merchandising General Library property with the Configure 3D Merchandising command.

    See Access Configuration Files.

  5. Restart the servlet container.
