Actual Planograms

This page lists the actual planograms associated with the retail store or the retail category. You can create actual planograms, view them in Store Studio, and delete them.

Required access roles: Author, Leader, Reader

To access this page:

For retail stores:
1. From the home page, select Retail > Retail Store.
2. Click the title of the required retail store.
3. From the navigation pane, click Actual Planograms.
For retail categories:
1. From the home page, select Retail > Retail Category.
2. Click the title of the required retail category.
3. From the navigation pane, click Actual Planograms.

Columns


Column Name	Description
Title	The title of the actual planogram.
Quick Launch	Click to open the actual planogram in Store Studio. Click to open the First Person Shopper experience, if the actual planogram is prepared for the First Person Shopper experience. Click to view the merchandising guide, if it is generated for the actual planogram. Shows if the merchandising guide is not updated.
Thumbnail	The image of the actual planogram.
State	The lifecycle state of the actual planogram object.
Date	The date from which the actual planogram is effective.
Retail Store	The retail store to which the actual planogram is associated. This field appears only if you view the list of actual planograms for a retail category.
Retail Category	The retail category to which the actual planogram is associated. This field appears only if you view the list of actual planograms for a retail store.
Description	Description of the actual planogram.

Filters

Select the Display All check box and click Search to list all actual planogram, including the ones that are in the Obsolete state. You can also filter the actual planograms by start and end dates.

Store Studio	Opens the actual planogram in Store Studio.	--
Create Actual Planogram	Creates an actual planogram.	Creating an Actual Planogram
Delete Actual Planogram	Deletes the selected actual planograms. Click OK to confirm. An Author or a Leader can delete actual planograms.	--
