Gondolas

This page lists all the available gondolas. You can view the details of a gondola, clone, or delete it.

Columns


Column	Description
Thumbnail	The image of the gondola. The image is generated after you save the gondola in Store Studio, and it represents the current view.
Quick Launch	Click to open the gondola in a new tab. Click to open the gondola in Store Studio. Click to open the First Person Shopper experience, if the gondola is prepared for the First Person Shopper experience. Click to view the merchandising guide, if it is generated for the gondola. Shows if the merchandising guide is not updated.
Title	Name of the gondola. Click to view the details of the gondola.
Description	Details of the gondola.
Status	The lifecycle state of the gondola.
Owner	Owner of the gondola.
Revision	The revision number. This is an additional attribute. You can click and select this attribute to add it to the view.


View	Description
	Click to add more attributes to the view. Your Business Administrator can configure the list of attributes.
Thumbnail View	Click to view the gondolas as thumbnails. In the thumbnail view, you can point to a gondola to view its details. You can click and select an action. You can opt to open the gondola in a new tab, clone, or delete the gondola.
Tile View	Click to view the gondolas as tiles. In the tile view, you can point to a gondola to view the details and select actions similar to the thumbnail view.
Table View	Click to view the gondolas in a table.

Maturity: Filters gondolas by lifecycle state. You can select multiple states.

Search: You can search and filter the list of gondolas.

Store Studio	Opens a gondola in Store Studio. An Author, Leader, or Reader can open a gondola in Store Studio.	--
Clone	Clones a gondola.	See Cloning a Gondola.
Delete	Deletes a gondola.	See Deleting a Gondola.
Add to Collection	Adds the selected gondola to a collection.	Adding Items to a Collection from a List Page
Add to Bookmark Folder	Adds the selected gondola to a bookmark folder. Select a gondola and click Add to Bookmark Folder. In the Bookmark Folder box, enter the name of the required bookmark folder, and select the required bookmark folder from the results. Select the Include related objects check box to add the related products, representations, and compositions to the bookmark folder. Click OK.	Collaboration and Approvals User's Guide: Bookmarks
Refresh	Refreshes the list of gondolas.	--
Search my recent content	Click to view your recently created content if it does not appear on the page.	--
Search in index	Click to view your content that is indexed.	--
