Storyboards

This page lists all the available storyboards. You can view the details of a storyboard, clone, or delete it.

Required access roles: Author, Leader, Reader, Contributor, Owner

To access this page:

  1. From the home page, click Storyboards on the navigation pane.

Columns

Column Description
ThumbnailThe image of the storyboard. The image is generated after you save the storyboard in Store Studio, and it represents the current view.
Quick Launch

Click to open the storyboard in a new tab.

Click to open the storyboard in Store Studio.

Click to open the First Person Shopper experience, if the storyboard is prepared for the First Person Shopper experience.

TitleThe name of the storyboard. Click to view the details of the storyboard.
DescriptionDetails of the storyboard.
StatusThe lifecycle state of the storyboard.
OwnerThe name of the storyboard owner.
RevisionThe revision number.

This is an additional attribute. You can click and select this attribute to add it to the view.

Views

ViewDescription
Click to add more attributes to the view. Your Business Administrator can configure the list of attributes.
Thumbnail ViewClick to view the storyboards as thumbnails. In the thumbnail view, you can point to a storyboard to view its details. You can click and select an action. You can opt to open the storyboard in a new tab, clone, or delete the storyboard.
Tile ViewClick to view the storyboards as tiles. In the tile view, you can point to a storyboard to view the details and select actions similar to the thumbnail view.
Table ViewClick to view the storyboards in a table.

Filters

Maturity: Filters storyboards by lifecycle state. You can select multiple states.

Search: You can search and filter the list of storyboards.

Actions

Actions Description For More Information
Store StudioOpens a storyboard in Store Studio.

An Author, Leader, or Reader can open a storyboard in Store Studio.

Delete Deletes a storyboard.See Deleting a Storyboard.
CloneClones a storyboard.See Cloning a Storyboard.
Add to CollectionAdds the selected storyboard to a collection.Adding Items to a Collection from a List Page
Add to Bookmark FolderAdds the selected storyboard to a bookmark folder.

Select a storyboard and click Add to Bookmark Folder.

In the Bookmark Folder box, enter the name of the required bookmark folder, and select the required bookmark folder from the results.

Select the Include related objects check box to add the related products, representations, and compositions to the bookmark folder. Click OK.

Refresh Refreshes the list of storyboards.--
