Displaying Consumer Decision Tree

You can display a consumer decision tree of a gondola in Store Studio, and handle it and its associated products according to what was specified in the 3D Merchandising app.

Required access roles: Author, Leader

Before you begin: Create an assortment, a consumer decision tree, and a gondola in the 3D Merchandising app. For more information, see Managing Gondolas, Scenes, and Stores.
  1. Click the gondola.
  2. In the Properties panel, select the Consumer Decision Tree check box.
    All segments of the consumer decision tree appear in Store Studio.

    Tip: To hide the segments, clear the Consumer Decision Tree check box.
  3. From the consumer decision tree, select a segment.
  4. Adjust the borders of the selected segment to define its space in the gondola.


  5. Start placing the products associated with this segment available in the Sub Assortment tab.
    Notes:
    • To see all the products associated with this sub assortment, ensure that no segments are selected.
    • You can display segmentation of other objects in the consumer decision tree in the Sub Assortment tab. To do so, click Open CDT .
    • You can select a segment and click Quick Inspect to highlight the selected segment, its child segments, and their corresponding products in their respective segment colors. Click Exit Inspect to view all segments.
