From the Objectives & Constraints section of the action bar,
click Reaction Force Constraint
.
- Optional:
Enter a descriptive
Name.

Select the support for which you want to constrain the reaction force.

Select the Loading.
You define the loading by selecting a step or load case that is used to compute the
reaction force. The default is all load cases.

From the Direction options, select one of the following:
Option | Description |

Total |
Specifies a limit for the total reaction force. |
Component |
Specifies a minimum and maximum for the reaction force in the X-, Y-, and
Z-directions. |

Enter the total magnitude or the minimum and maximum for each force component, based on
your choice in the previous step.

Click OK.
