Grouping Simulation Processes

You can group your simulation processes into a logical simulation study. For example, you can group all the simulation processes created from a particular simulation template, where each simulation process has different values for the input parameters. You can use the resulting study to limit the results of a search.

  1. From the Simulations panel, select the simulation processes to include in the simulation study.

    Note: A simulation process can belong to only a single simulation study.

  2. From the Simulations panel, click Group.
  3. Enter the name of the group in the dialog box that appears, and click OK.

    The group name appears under the simulation name in the Simulations panel. For example, the following figure shows simulation processes organized into two simulation groups—Frequency and High speed:
